Fleur de Sel Rouge Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

What you'll need

  • 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1-2 tbsp Fleur de Sel Rouge
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1/4 cup runny honey

Preparation

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and gently coat them in Fleur de Sel Rouge. 
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, arrange the chicken thighs in the pan and cook them, undisturbed, for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, watching carefully that they don’t burn.
  3. Whisk together the lemon juice and honey in a large measuring cup or a small bowl. Pour over the chicken, gently flipping the chicken into the sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened, and serve hot over rice.
